End of the day

Feeling pretty successful today.  Followed the meal plan pretty much. 
Foods I did not eat:
   tomatoes
   1/2 sweet potato
   fruit cup
Foods I substituted:
  cucumber slices
  AuGratin potatoes
And finally, foods I ate that were not on the meal plan:
  two slices of sandwich pepperoni
Exercise:
  Zumba
